1. How to Log In or Sign Up with Your Email?
APP:
Open the app and tap Connect.
Select Email.
Enter your email and tap Submit.
Note: As CEX accounts will be transitioning to DEX accounts, email addresses already registered with a CEX account cannot be used to sign up for a DEX account. Enter the verification code sent to your email.
Done! You're all set.

Visit https://alphax.com/ and click CONNECT.

2. How to Deposit?
1. Currently, only Arbitrum chain transfers are supported. Please ensure to select the Arbitrum chain on the withdrawal platform.
2. Only USDT tokens are supported for transfers.
Note: If you deposit another type of token, you can recover your assets by importing your private key into a hot wallet (e.g., MetaMask) on the WEB platform. Learn how to export your private key to a hot wallet.

Tap Deposit.
Copy the address to the withdrawal platform or use the QR code to initiate the deposit.

3. How to Export Your Private Key?
When you log in with your email via Privy, the system automatically creates an embedded wallet for you. Exporting your private key gives you full control over your assets. The export process is managed by Privy, ensuring that AlphaX has no access to your private key, thus securing your assets.
By exporting your embedded wallet's private key, you can import it into other hot wallets, such as MetaMask, for easier on-chain asset management. Learn how to export your private key to a hot wallet. (What is a Private Key?)
What is an Embedded Wallet?
An embedded wallet offers core features like self-custody and interoperability. Self-custody means you are the only one with access to the cryptographic keys that protect your account, ensuring control over your data and assets across any platform. Interoperability allows for seamless asset and data transfers between applications, enabling developers to build experiences across multiple systems.
How to Export Your Private Key?
Click Export Email Wallet to view the specific rules for exporting your private key. Follow the instructions provided by the platform where you wish to import your private key.
Note:
Keep your private key secure. If lost, you will lose the ability to transfer and use your assets. Learn how to keep your private key safe.
Currently, private key export is only supported on the WEB platform; the APP platform does not yet support this feature.
4. How to Disconnect Your Email?
You can disconnect your current email to switch accounts.
APP:
Tap the icon in the top left to access the navigation bar, then tap Disconnect.
WEB:
Click the address in the top left, then click Disconnect.
