However, your funds remain secure, and the withdrawal capability will remain available, allowing you to withdraw your assets.
1. Service Discontinuation Schedule
- Starting March 20, all trading services will be discontinued, and users will no longer have access to market data, futures trading, or related pages.
- Starting March 20, the automatic withdrawal function will be disabled. The previous automated withdrawal method (which processed withdrawals within 2–10 minutes) will be discontinued, and manual withdrawal requests will be required. Manual withdrawals will be processed within 5 business days.
To avoid delays caused by manual withdrawals and ensure the efficient use of your funds, we recommend withdrawing your assets before March 20, while the automatic withdrawal option is still available.
