IV. What to Do If You Can't Receive AlphaX Email Verification Codes?

Unable to receive AlphaX email verification codes? We suggest you try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Checking your junk/spam folder
Ensure your AlphaX verification code email has not been misclassified as spam and moved to the junk/spam folder.

2. Removing your email filters or blocks
Make sure that emails from AlphaX haven't been inadvertently blocked or filtered out. Please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your trusted sender list before attempting to resend the verification code.

3. Cleaning your inbox
A full inbox might hinder the receipt of new emails. Clear out any redundant emails to make space, then attempt to resend the verification code to your email.

4. Reaching out to our support team
Should the methods prove ineffective, please contact AlphaX support team. We will assist by adjusting the verification code's delivery method. Once it's adjusted, please attempt to resend the verification code.

5. Updating or disabling email verification
If you've tried all the steps but still can't receive the verification code, please visit the page that requires email verification code and click "Unavailable verification options?". Then, select the linked email address. Proceed as per the instructions on the page, which may include uploading a photo of yourself holding your ID to request updating your linked email.
Please Note: A review process will be conducted, which is usually completed within 1 working day. Please keep an eye out for the result, which will be sent to you via SMS or email. To ensure the security of your account and assets, withdrawals can only be made 24 hours after the review is completed.

We hope that the guidelines above can assist you in resolving the issue of not receiving your email verification codes. Should you have any inquiries, feel free to reach out to AlphaX support team at any time.
