1. How to deposit cryptocurrencies?
AlphaX enables smooth and easy deposits and withdrawals of cryptocurrencies; it also facilitates transferring assets into and from another platform or wallet. It supports direct deposits via multiple blockchain networks into Futures Account or Spot Account, so you can get started with trading quickly.
Step I: Log into AlphaX, tap on "Assets" on the home page and then select "Deposit".
Step II: Select the crypto and deposit network, tap on "Save Picture" or "Copy Address", and then go to the withdrawal platform to make a transfer.
Notes:
- Please ensure that you select the correct cryptocurrency and deposit network (deposit chain), or you will lose your assets which will not be recovered.
- Your deposit will be credited in 10~60 minutes after block confirmations are completed, with an SMS sent to notify you upon crediting.
- Each deposit must be at least 1 USDT; deposit less than 1 USDT cannot be credited nor returned.
- How fast your deposit will arrive is subject to the network congestion and is not affected by the AlphaX platform. You can employ the TXID obtained on the withdrawal platform to track the transfer progress.
2. What should I if my deposit fails?
When your deposit to your AlphaX account from another platform or internal transfer to another AlphaX account fails, please follow the instructions below and reach out to our online customer support. Our support will help you recover the assets of the failed deposit.
Deposit a wrong cryptocurrency to the AlphaX address:
1.1 If you deposited a cryptocurrency that's unsupported on AlphaX
If you deposited a cryptocurrency not supported by AlphaX through a supported blockchain network (such as ERC20, BEP20, TRC20, etc.), the assets wouldn't arrive in your AlphaX account. In this case, please retrieve the transaction record via the respective blockchain explorer and follow these instructions to submit information on your deposit for our specialist to check and handle it.
App: Go to Spot Account -> History -> Deposit -> Click “Deposit not received?”
Notes:
1. The platform will freeze or charge 20 USDT for the reason that recovering assets requires significant manpower and time and may require third-party assistance. (For special cases, the specialist may return the 20 USDT or recover the assets for you without any change after reviewing your case. The actual review result shall prevail.)
2. Your recovery request will be handled within 7–15 workdays. Once your deposit is recovered, the assets involved will be sent to the wallet that you provide. Please ensure that you provide complete information and hold 20 USDT in your Spot Account, otherwise, there may be delays in recovering your assets.
Example:
If you deposit WBNB to AlphaX which is not a supported crypto via BEP20 which is a supported network on AlphaX, the WBNB assets will not be able to arrive at your AlphaX account.
If you wish us to help you recover these assets, you need to provide the deposit's TXID, network, and receiving address. Also, please ensure that your Spot Account has a minimum of 20 USDT. We will submit this information for handling by our technical team.
1.2 If you didn't enter the Tag or entered an incorrect Tag
In case of failures to enter a tag or include a correct tag when it is required during deposit, please follow the instructions below to provide deposit information for our specialists to review and process it.
App: Go to Spot Account -> History -> Deposit -> Click “Deposit not received?”
Note:
Your request will be handled within 7–15 workdays. Your assets will be returned to the sending wallet upon successful recovery. The final handling result from our specialist shall prevail. Please ensure that you provide complete information, otherwise, the recovery may take longer time.
Example:
Suppose you want to deposit XRP to your AlphaX account and its tag is 10186819. However, you input the tag 101755030 instead during deposit. This deposit won't arrive at your AlphaX account. Please provide the aforementioned information to our online customer support, so that our support can submit it for processing by our technical team.
1.3 If your deposit was below the minimum deposit amount required on AlphaX
Failure to meet the minimum deposit threshold will render your deposited assets unable to arrive at your AlphaX account. Please deposit an amount greater than the minimum requirement in the same currency and blockchain network within three months. The earlier deposit that was below the minimum deposit threshold and the second deposit will be credited to your AlphaX account together.
Example:
The minimum threshold for deposit USDT via the ARBITRUM network is 5 USDT. If you deposited only 1 USDT, it would fail to be credited. Simply make another deposit of 5 USDT within three months using the ARBITRUM network, and you'll receive a total of 6 USDT (the sum of both deposits).
1.4 If you deposited to an address outside AlphaX
If you deposited your assets to a wrong address that belongs to another platform, AlphaX wouldn't receive the corresponding assets. Due to the anonymity of blockchains, we are unable to assist in asset recovery. We recommend trying to negotiate with the owner of the corresponding address through other means to recover the assets.
