1. Steps to Withdrawing Cryptocurrencies
Step 1: Log in to your AlphaX account on the app, tap "Portfolio" - "Withdraw".
Step 2: Choose the cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw and your preferred withdrawal method. There are currently 2 withdrawal methods available: on-chain withdrawals and internal transfers.
1. On-chain Withdrawals: Select the cryptocurrency and its network, then enter the withdrawal address and amount. Review and confirm the withdrawal details, then tap "Withdraw" to proceed to verification. Once verified, the withdrawal will be completed.
2. Internal Transfers: Tap on Internal Transfer and select the cryptocurrency you would like to withdraw. Enter the user's UID, phone number or email address and the withdrawal amount, then tap "Withdraw" to complete the withdrawal.
Notes:
- Ensure the accuracy of your withdrawal details, including the chosen cryptocurrency, network and withdrawal address. Any inaccuracies may result in the permanent loss of your assets, with no possibility of recovery.
- Never share your passwords, Google Authenticator codes or phone verification codes with anyone.
- Withdrawals require confirmation from the entire blockchain, which typically takes between 10 and 120 minutes before the funds are reflected in your account.
- The value of all cryptocurrencies will be calculated based on their equivalent USDT value at the time of withdrawal. This value is recorded as the "value at the time of withdrawal" in the system.
- When withdrawing, the system will assess the account's security status. If any abnormality or risk is detected during the assessment, a manual review may be required before the withdrawal is processed.
There are 3 steps involved when withdrawing funds from your AlphaX account to other exchanges/wallets: withdrawal requested on AlphaX -> confirmation on the blockchain -> deposit to the corresponding platform.

After completing a withdrawal, AlphaX will generate a TxID (Transaction ID) within 30 to 60 minutes. This indicates that the transfer within AlphaX has been processed, and your cryptocurrency has been moved to the blockchain.

Click the link at the end of the TxID to view the number of confirmations for the withdrawal in the corresponding blockchain explorer.

In cases where the blockchain status displays as either pending confirmation or unconfirmed, patience is advisable until the transaction is fully validated on the blockchain. Should you not receive your funds even after it's confirmed on the blockchain, please reach out to the support team of the platform you are depositing for further assistance.

Please be aware that congestion on the blockchain can sometimes cause significant delays in withdrawal transactions. If your TxID has not been generated after 6 hours of initiating the withdrawal, please reach out to AlphaX's round-the-clock support team for assistance.

3. Guide to Checking Withdrawal Records
Here's how to check your withdrawal records on the AlphaX app:

Log in to your AlphaX account and tap "Portfolio" at the bottom of the homepage.

Tap on the corresponding account to view your asset list.

Tap the cryptocurrency if you want to view more details.
Note: To maintain system efficiency, the "Asset Record" only displays records from the past 90 days.
4. Failure to Withdraw from AlphaX to Other Exchange/Wallet
ii. Incorrect or missing tag/memo details during the withdrawal process.
iii. The selected network on both platforms doesn't match
iv. The withdrawal amount is below the receiving platform's minimum deposit threshold.
If you encounter such issues and your assets are returned to AlphaX, you should prepare these details and reach out to our support team. We will submit your request to our technical team for resolution:
i. Relevant details on the returned asset, including return TxID, cryptocurrency, amount and time.
ii. Screenshot of the returned asset from the receiving platform, including both the return and deposit TxIDs.
Note:
When reaching out to our support team, ensure to include all the required details stated above. We will handle your case once we receive your request. Please make sure you've provided screenshots of the withdrawal record to expedite the process.
Your request will be processed within 7 to 15 working days, and your funds will be returned to your AlphaX account upon completion. Incomplete details might lead to delays in recovering your funds.
5. Wrong Internal Transfers
If you accidentally transferred funds to the wrong account through an internal transfer on AlphaX, please check the status of your transfer first. If the transfer is still pending review, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can help you to cancel the transfer. However, if it has already been approved, then your funds have been deposited into the recipient's account. Since AlphaX does not have direct control over user assets, returning the funds to your account requires the consent of the recipient. Kindly provide the following details, and our team will notify the recipient on your behalf. We will promptly update you if the recipient consents to return the funds. Your patience during this period is appreciated.
i. Your account's UID, cryptocurrency, internal transfer amount and time of transfer.
ii. Screenshot of the transfer record.
